Walking Through Things

Most moms-to-be feel a bit clumsy during pregnancy, especially in the last trimester. They don’t tend to include “feeling graceful” in their descriptions of pregnancy! You’ll probably feel clumsiest in your last trimester when the typical waddling gait of pregnancy sets in. Be assured you’ll feel back to your graceful self after your baby is born. You're probably not sleeping too well either. All these factors put you at greater risk of having a fall during pregnancy, particularly in the last trimester, although this doesn’t mean that you’ll take a tumble. Overall sometimes you cannot estimate distance when moving. You may crash with things around. So, be careful with it to protect your baby.

However, these accidents may happen all the time even when you familiar with high-heeled shoes, If it’s possible, pregnant moms should stop wearing (too high)  high heels and change to flat shoes instead during this time.

And even if you are familiar with the not so even wobbly sidewalks in Bangkok, we strongly suggest you switch to more comfy shoes until you give birth.
