Make up and skincare


Some pregnant women let themselves are shabby because they worry about chemical contamination in cosmetics or creams. They may absorb to baby in the womb. However, you are able to select products that are made from natural ingredients without chemicals especially for sensitive skin. 



Be Fit & Firm


Nowadays, pregnant women love to exercise more because having exercise during pregnancy will make you fit and firm faster than those who do not exercise. Have Sex With Your Husband

Have Coffee in Reasonable Quantity

Drive Carefully


You can still drive to work as usual because there’re no policies to control. However, you need to be more careful than especially in the first trimester. Pregnant women will have morning sickness, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and drowsiness during this time. These symptoms can affect the driving performance. You have to drive carefully for safety of baby and yours. The best way is to let husband drive and you move to sit in the back seat with safety belts instead.
