0-2 years old> Swimming
Actually, kids can swim since the first day they open their eyes because they are surrounded by amniotic fluid since they’re in the womb. However, the kids are able to start swimming practice when they’re 1 year old up.
Swimming is not only a good way for the kids to protect themselves from drowning but also stimulates brain and body development. They will be trained to control breathing while swimming. Swimming helps become the body and lungs even stronger and reduce the risk of asthma when they grow up.

2-3 years old> Run, football
The kids start learning movement and observation on their own but not focus on something for a long time. However, you should select sport that let them enjoy movement easily like running.
If they’re boy, they will totally in love with football for sure. You can take them to play outside. It supports muscles around their legs, and the connection between eyes and feet. However, we don’t recommend you to let them play in the football field since they’re 2 years old but enjoy playing with dad at the playground would be great.
The kids between 3-4 years old can play football in the field which available in various places. Coach will teach them how to play with friends. Moreover, there’re special training items provided.
3-4 years old > Gymnastic
As you can see, body of the kid is more flexible than adult’s. The muscles and tendons are highly stretched. Moreover, the kid is going to focus on something more but still enjoy moving quickly. Gymnastic is the one that beneficial to the body.
It doesn’t only promote physical development but also develop the brain to help them concentrate on something more, control the body muscles and practice how to breath correctly as well.

Karate or Taekwondo is one of popular sports that moms often take out the kids to play. It’s suitable for 4-5 years old kids who have a lot of energy. Furthermore, it completely supports skeleton, joints of the kid.

The primary kids are able to choose to play sports up to their preference. You just have to give them a chance to play before making a decision without being guided. It may be necessary to have some rules to encourage them to understand their responsibilities once they decide to do something.
