1. Period missing

Symptoms of having frequent urination is one of warnings that happens to pregnant mother. 1. Relaxing
Mothers should have enough sleep about 8-10 hours per day especially at night which is important to body to produce hormones. Moreover, taking afternoon naps will help reduce exhaustion.
2. Exercising
After they know you’re pregnant, they should have a soft exercise to let body move. Exercising during pregnancy will reduce backache, stress also support their sleep to prevent sad condition during having baby. Moreover, exercising can help give birth to baby easily and shape body back faster. Mother can have a soft exercise by doing yoga, walking, swimming or dancing slowly.
3. Food
Food is one of the most important things that mothers should realize. They should not skip meals and try to eat enough healthy food including protein, calcium, folic acid and water, avoid food and drink that are not good for your body and the baby such as drinks with caffeine, alcohol, fermented, tasty, flavored food also drugs and vitamins.
4. Antenatal Care
Pregnant mother should go to see the doctor on time to check and update the progress of mother and baby. If there’re any problems, so the doctor will treat you immediately.

1. Abortion Condition
Loosing blood is one of the warnings of a difficult pregnancy. However, there should not let blood out much because it’s a sign of split of blood between the mother and baby or may occur from weak uterus tissue. So, if there’s a lot of blood coming out of the vagina and have stomachache, they should go to see the doctor immediately.
2. Mood Fluctuation
Pregnant mothers may find out that they’re sensitive, worry, sad, confused or scared. Moods are happened all over the place because of the level of hormones has been changed which might disturb the nervous system but these symptoms are going to disappear as the pregnancy goes forward.
3. Allergies
Allergies frequently occur with children. Sometimes, parents might have allergy symptoms before, so the baby will have higher risk to have allergy problem as well because of the main factor is heredity.
Heredity is uncontrollable factor that has been with the baby since fertilization happens. Nowadays, we found out that
- Baby who has parents or one brother with allergic problem will have higher risk of allergy about 30-40%
- Baby who has parents or two brothers with allergic problem will have higher risk of allergy about 50-80%
- Even baby whom his parents doesn’t have allergy but the baby still has risk up to 15%
Environment is controllable factor that can avoid or manage like food, fur; smoke especially when baby is in the stomach, the mother should have enough nutrients also to eat some food less such as cow milk, soy milk that might stimulate the allergic system.
